From honest Rough Ply for the garage to smooth Face Ply for inside the house – with tough OSB and wipe-clean Hex Board in between.
The 5-stack range is where Shelve It kits do their heaviest lifting. Five tiers take storage from floor to eye level and beyond, making them the go-to for garages that need to swallow a whole family's worth of kit, workshops running shelving around the perimeter, and stockrooms where every square metre has a job. Each 18mm-thick, 600mm-wide shelf tier carries around 60kg evenly spread – store paint, power tools, boxed stock, the lot.
Combining layouts is where the range earns its keep: open shelf runs for bulk storage, pigeon hole units for fixings, consumables or picking stock by SKU, and corner kits linking two walls into one continuous system. Everything is CNC-cut to order from FSC-certified board in our North Yorkshire workshop, arrives flat-packed with screws and pre-drilled fixing points, and goes up with a single drill. For units this tall, we recommend fixing their backs to the wall – the points are pre-drilled and ready.
