How much does delivery cost?
All deliveries within the UK are free of charge. -
How long will my order take?
Orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. -
What will arrive?
Your kit arrives as a single flat-packed parcel containing CNC-cut panels, all fixings, and step-by-step assembly instructions. Panels are pre-drilled - you'll only need a drill to build your unit. Parcel dimensions and weight vary by kit size. -
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer or carry a surcharge - please contact us before ordering to confirm. -
What if something arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure that each parcel leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, we do ask that you please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If any panel or fixing is damaged or missing, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we will send you a replacement part free of charge.
